Oğuz Kaplangı is a composer, sound designer and music producer based in Edinburgh. His work moves between theatre, film, advertising and television, drawing on electronic, acoustic and experimental forms. He often works at the meeting point of texture, rhythm and narrative, letting each project shape its own musical language.

Alongside his creative work, he runs Creatrax in the UK and Elec-Trip Music Production in Istanbul, and produces Express Jingles, a long-standing library catalogue shared in various corners of the world.

He is a member of BAFTA and the Association of Sound Design and Production.
