Hamnet continues its international journey with a USA tour beginning in February 2026, following its acclaimed runs at the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Swan Theatre and London’s Garrick Theatre. The production opens at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, before travelling to Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC, and A.C.T. Toni Rembe Theater in San Francisco.

Oğuz Kaplangı composed the original music for the RSC production, which continues to be used throughout the tour. Adapted by Lolita Chakrabarti from Hamnet, and directed by Erica Whyman, the production is presented by the Royal Shakespeare Company in association with Neal Street Productions.
